微熱があるときの対処法

風邪ではなく、生理中のせいで微熱があるという場合には、解熱剤などで熱を下げるという方法はおすすめできません。それよりも、しっかりと栄養を摂って、できるだけ睡眠時間を増やした方がいいです。

また、激しい運動も避けて、家でストレッチを行う程度にしておきましょう。この時期には、キュウリやレタスなどの身体を冷やす食べ物は摂取しないようにしましょう。

できるだけ解熱剤は使わずに、休んで様子を見るようにしましょう。

あまりにもだるさがひどいという場合には、ピルを服用するという方法があります。生理中は女性ホルモンの影響で身体の血行が悪くなり、だるさなどの症状が現れます。ピルは、女性ホルモンの働きを抑制し、身体に与える影響を軽減します。ピルは避妊薬ですから、これから妊娠をしたいと考えている人には不向きですが、当分妊娠は考えていないという人には適しています。ピルは薬ですから、薬物アレルギーを持っていたり、他の持病があって複数の薬の服用に心配があったりする人もいます。そのため、必ず専門医の診断を受けるようにしましょう。

生理中のだるさの回復におすすめのレシピ

生理中のだるさの回復にいいとされる食材を使ったレシピを紹介します。それは、「豚ロースのポン酢焼き」です。豚肉のビタミンB1は疲労を回復したり、イライラを緩和したりする効果があると言われています。また、ポン酢の酢酸はクエン酸の役割をしますので、疲労をとる効果があります。そのため、豚ロースのポン酢焼きは疲労回復レシピと言えます。

材料は、豚ロース1枚、ポン酢大さじ2、粗挽きコショウ適量です。

作り方は、豚ロース肉とポン酢をビニール袋に入れて冷蔵庫で1時間寝かせます。フライパンで片面1分焼き、ひっくり返して蓋をして4分焼きます。両面焼けたら、皿に盛って粗挽きコショウをお好みの量かけてできあがりです。

冷蔵庫で寝かせる時間さえあれば、簡単に作ることができるレシピです。寝かせる時間が短いと味のしみ込みがよくありませんので、寝かせる時間をしっかり取るようにしましょう。
