身体の冷えが風邪や生理の遅れを招く原因になりますので、注意が必要です。なぜなら、身体が冷えると全身の代謝が悪くなって免疫力が低下するからです。免疫力が低下すると、風邪のウイルスが侵入してきた時にウイルスに打ち勝つことができず、風邪をひきやすくなります。また、身体が冷えると女性の生殖機能やホルモンにも悪影響が及び、生理が遅れることもあります。身体の冷えは、風邪にも生理にもよくないということが分かります。しかも、冷えに対して改善策を行わないでいると、症状が慢性化して改善が難しくなりますし、身体にもさまざまな悪影響を与えます。冷えを感じたら早めに対処するようにしましょう。

①身体を温めるものを飲んだり食べたりする

身体の中から温めることが、冷えないために大切なことになります。身体を温めるものを食べたり飲んだりすると効果的です。

例えば、しょうがには血流がよくなる辛味成分が入っています。その成分を取り入れることで、身体のすみずみまで血液が行き渡り、手足や内臓も温めてくれます。その他にも、トウガラシやニンニクなどもおすすめです。飲み物もついつい冷たいものを飲んでしまいがちですが、できるだけ温かいものを飲むようにして、身体の中から温めるようにしましょう。温かい紅茶にしょうがのすりおろしを入れるしょうが紅茶もおすすめです。

②下半身を重点的に温める

下半身は特に冷えやすいと言われていますので、上半身だけを温めるのではなく、下半身を重点的に温めるのが大切です。そこで、下半身がしっかり温まるような方法を紹介します。

手軽に出来る方法としては、半身浴があります。半身浴を行うと、全身の血行が促進されて、大量の汗をかき、代謝を上げることができます。身体への負担が少ない半身浴は長時間行うことも可能ですし、体内の老廃物なども排出することができるので、美肌効果も得られます。

この他にも、靴下を重ね履きするという方法があります。これは冬場だけでなく、一年中を通して意識するということが大切です。なぜなら夏でもクーラーが効いた場所にいると下半身が冷えてしまいやすくなるからです。夏でも下半身が冷えないようにブランケットなども使用して、できるだけ身体を温めるようにしましょう。

③温めるグッズを利用する

最近では温活が流行っているので、身体を温めるグッズもいろんな種類が販売されています。例えば、冷えない靴下は、厚くて冷えにくいようにできていますので、半身浴をする時間がなかなか取れないという方は試してみてください。また、ハンドウォーマーなどのように手を冷やさないグッズもあります。上手にグッズを利用して効率よく温まるようにしましょう。
