では何故ヨーグルトで腸内の環境を整える事が花粉症に効果があるのでしょうか?

私達が口にした食べ物は腸から体へ吸収されます、その腸には病原菌などの外敵が食べ物と一緒に紛れ込んでくる可能性もあります。そんな思わぬ外敵から身を守るために腸には免疫細胞の60パーセントが集中していると言われています。

この免疫細胞が腸内の異変に対して対処をしていますが、仮に腸内で食べ物などに過剰な免疫反応が起こった場合、そこから全身にその影響が出てしまうのです。そしてその影響はその人の体の中で弱い部分に出やすくなってしまいます。

ヨーグルトやその他の乳酸菌を含む食品で腸内環境を整えておくことは、花粉症などのアレルギーに対して非常に効果があります。
